Printing Machine (PM)

The PM jumbo roll printer is designed to print any logo on full width web backing side. PM is a high-performance machine, suitable for the continuous process of jumbo rolls.

• Sleeve-hold shaft fixed on one side for easy sleeve changing
• Ink transfering shaft, Anilox-based, motorized by brushless motor
• Doctor blade working on ink transfering shaft. Fully adjustable
• Pneumatically controlled printing station displacement (when machine stops)
• Ink pump also suitable for printing head washing cycle
• Motorized brush to clean web backing before printing operation
• Variable speed up to 60 m/min
• Expanding shafts on both unwinder and rewinder sides
• Pneumatic unwinding brake, adjustable
• Unwinder and rewinder maximum diameter 1000 mm
• The whole machine is automatically controlled by PLC with touch screen interface
