Simple Slitter (TRS)

The roll slitter machine type TRS is designed to cut abrasive paper and cloth with a maximum cutting width of 1650 mm. A 2050 mm width version is also available. The TRS machine is suitable for converters with discrete but not very automatic production.

• Expanding shafts on both unwinder and rewinder sides
• The unwind shaft with the abrasive roll can be moved sideways, by hand wheel

• Mechanical knifeholders with regulation of positioning and clamping (HL-25/100)
• Penumatic knifeholders with mechanical regulation of positioning and clamping, pneumatic cutting (HLR-28/100)
• Fixed knife set (FKS) for cutting width less than 25 mm on 310 mm working width

• Indicating meter counter with automatic stop
