Continuous Skiver for Any Joint Type with Gluer

The skiving machine type CSM07-S processes paper and cloth narrow belts. Even though ideal for narrow belts, the machine can be equipped to work also wide belts. CSM07-S is indicated for converters with medium-high productions.

Technical Data

  • Automatic continuous cycle with a feeding conveyor belts system, at variable speed
  • Ideal for both overlapped joints and butt joints
  • Cycle with variable speed up to 12 m/min. (367 FPM)
  • In the standard version, the machine can be provided with a maximum of 6 working units and a gluer (NGA roller gluer or NSA spray gluer)

Options

  • Short dryer for glue (200 mm)
  • Simple inserting table for 1,500 mm wide belts
  • Nylon roller table as support for long and for wide belts on hinges, to be swinged up or down
