Whistleblowing
In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 10 March 2023 n. 24, Biko Meccanica Srl has equipped itself with the required internal communication channels in order to allow the receipt and management of protected reports regarding conduct characterized by offences, crimes, violations and similar provisions provided for by said legislation. Reports can be sent:
- By downloading and filling in the dedicated form. The form can then be sent to Biko Meccanica, Via Pacinotti n. 105 – 30020 Pramaggiore (VE), following the instructions contained in the Whistleblowing document at section 8.2.
- By contacting the Whistleblowing Ombudsman (Martina Benvenuto, attorney at law, Pordenone Bar Association): +39 0434 521583 (Monday to Friday, 9.00 to 18.30).
- In person (upon request).
The data collected will be processed in compliance with the terms and methods established by Legislative Decree 24/2023 and in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
In conformità con le disposizioni del Decreto Legislativo 10 marzo 2023 n. 24, Biko Meccanica Srl si è dotata della Procedura Whistleblowing e dei canali interni necessari per consentire la ricezione e la gestione delle segnalazioni Whistleblowing in maniera riservata e protetta.
Le segnalazioni possono essere inviate:
- Scaricando e compilando il modulo dedicato. Il modulo può essere spedito all'indirizzo Biko Meccanica, Via Pacinotti n. 105 – 30020 Pramaggiore (VE), seguendo le istruzioni riportate nella Procedura Whistleblowing, alla sezione 8.2.
- Contattando il Gestore delle segnalazioni Whistleblowing (avv. Martina Benvenuto del Foro di Pordenone) al seguente numero di telefono: +39 0434 521583 (dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 9.00 alle 18.30).
- Di persona, previo appuntamento,
