In-Line Printing Machine

In-line printer is designed to print any logo on full width web backing side, integrated in the maker systems it is the first step after web backing unwinding operation.

The printer works with a cliché that can be loaded on the system in different ways, most commons are inflatable sleeve-hold shaft fixed and magnetic cliché.

The ink is transferred to the cliché with the use of and anilox-based shaft. Anilox collects the ink from the ink closed chamber.

Ink chamber is equipped with easy changeable doctor blades and is supplied with its dedicated ink pump also suitable for printing system cleaning cycle.

Each shaft is mounted on rails to be easily displaced in and out of working position.
